Yerk.app is an AI image and video generation service operated by an individual developer ("we", "us", "I").

By using Yerk.app, you agree:

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You are responsible for your prompts, uploads, and generated content (no illegal, harmful, or infringing material).
• Pornographic or sexually explicit content is prohibited, including AI-generated images and videos of real or fictional people.
• Yerk.app prohibits creating, editing, uploading, or sharing non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII), including AI-generated or manipulated images and videos, and any sexual content involving minors, real or fictional.
• Report violations through Contact Support on yerk.app. We remove violating content and permanently ban the account.
• All purchases are final. There are no refunds on credits or purchases.
• We can terminate access for any reason.
• We provide the service "as is" and are not liable to you for AI outputs, service interruptions, or any damages arising from your use of the app.

Yerk.app operates on a strict one-strike honor policy. We do our best to provide a good service to our users, and we protect it at all costs. Any dishonest or malicious behavior, including fraud and deception, will result in an immediate permanent ban from the platform.
